actually, i aint a novice when it comes to Salting my food cos i know the quantity at which i want, besides my food testers affirms that i tried.

Well, what was I suppose to do when I got banned from here and I was bored and I thought I wont get unbanned ever again jor. . .


Right!!! heres a very very very very simple Malaysian Dish!!!


Carrots - Peel of skin and cut to small squares

Peas - the loose ones

Corn - The loose ones

1 Egg

Chicken breast - Cut to small pieces or small chunks

Red Chilli - Slice thinly

Garlic - Chop finely

Onions - Slice thinly

Rice - Boiled em

Soya sauce

White pepper

Corn Oil / Olive Oil / Cooking Oil



How to cook!

1) Heat up wok

2) Pour in Oil

3) When the oil has heated up, pour in chop Garlic and Sliced Onions and stir fried till golden brown

4) Pour in Chicken meat and stir fried till cook

5) Pour in Carrots, peas, corn, Chilli a nd stir together for a few secs

6) Pour in Boiled / Cook rice and stir em

7) Pour some Soya sauce and stir fried and mix em well well

Crack Egg and stir the egg wash into the rice mixture and fry em

9) Put Pepper for seasoning

10) Serve and eat !


Easy right? This is the first dish I leanr when I was 6 years old.

@ brein, pele i have not been around, veg soup is easy. But to be double sure,which one? Edikang ikong?

I never knew how to cook, best thing is to sign up to youtube, then just type in the name of what you want to learn and the video will come up. Start with bioling some noodles and seperately frying some meat, vegetable and peppers, then mix them all together.

       U mean to say you dont know the chicken parts  Than u chop chicken here and there you no fit ask which part be that abi? Na waaa! I think u will know this if you cook or you slaughter chicken yaself. Anyways, heres a picture of the Basic parts of a chicken.

If u dont know the chicken parts, guess you will not know that the chicken has oyster and also a Wish Bone.
