10 Wrong decisions Jose Mourinho made in his
2nd spell [for me]...
1 - Selling Fan favorite and 2 season's player
of the year Juan Mata to Manutd for
realistically not fitting to his playing style...
preferred oscar to him who's yet to fill half of
what mata did for us.
2 - Sold young talents like Kevin de bryune,
romelu lukaku, and Andre schurrle by not
giving enough chances...instead bought flop
wingers like Salah and cuadrado that destroyed
bench strength.
3 - Releasing legends and old guards...
Lampard, Ashley cole, and Petr Cech...
removing the backbone of the team.
4 - Preferring playing players with names
rather than the ones could have delivered
better to the team ... i.e. 1st Torres to Demba
Ba, currently Costa to remy...
5 - Spent almost £40m+ just for left backs
who couldnt earn starts in his team after
selling our young english full back Ryan
Bartrand [ last season's best left back in epl
Team of the year 14-15 ]
6 - No Plan B - in most of the games ... same
formation of 4-2-3-1 ... playing players not
capable of playing in some positions ...
Ivanovic, zouma at right back... Fabregas as
pivot, hazard at center forward even having
strikers on the bench...
7 - Meaningless Controversies ... - like one on
our club doctor Eva Carneiro,, sometimes too
much accuses on referees ... grew up hatred
towards Chelsea and him.
8 - Defensive football - ended the free scoring
mentality for the players with having to defend
1 goal lead many times ended up losing
points...
9 - Forcing attaking players to defend which
dont suits to many players in our squad that
eventually effected the attacking's players
creativity... ended up loosing form.
10 - Failing to motivate players in wrong
situations and during poor run in the team
which was a key in his success at first spell.
Still i am thankful for what he did for us and
have the highest respect and love for him...

Too obsessive with Wenger and Arsenal; thereby affecting the team's ability to concentrate.
