hello gd evening, sorry for bringing this here but I made an order for 14$ btc on ur website on Thursday 6/7/2017 at about 6:20pm.....I was funded But I sent payment of 5460# twice in error, because the payment I made wasn't confirmed initially,I've contacted your office through phone calls, whatsapp chat also sent a message to your support mail with all necessary proofs i could think of but no solution seems to be in sight. The annoying thing is every time I call your official line I always have to repeat my story and I get the same replies like manager is not arround/I'll inform the manager yet no solution, even my messages on whatsapp are barely been replied. I know it might seem like a negligible amount and probably that's the reason for the seemingly lackadaisical attitude towards the issue, or is it that you have a policy that says you don't return money paid to you in error please let me know if that is the case but if not kindly help to resolve this as soon as possible and sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.thanks

1) I have just checked my btc account and there was no sign of payment

2) pls I didn't really have use for more than that 14$ I order for so I didn't need for you to send the equivalence in btc again as I already confirmed receiving the first,what I requested for was a REFUND of the money I mistakenly paid the second time.And that was why I sent my bank account details to your whatsapp for refund in case you finally did your findings and confirmed the payment error

3)lastly its really not difficult to confirm btc payment as it's an open ledger like you know so its easy to confirm if I was paid or not. also the transaction occurred on 5/7/2017 and not 6th as earlier stated.thanks and as usual sorry for the inconvenience.
