You don't need to pay anything, go to their head office to enquire or if it's the cash card you want walk into uba with just #100, you get one, activate by changing your pin from the default, load it and start to use from shopping to paying for services and so on. |

Go to Guaranty Trust Bank, they have an online payment platform that integrates Interswitch enabled transactions online. Its called GT webpay and you can get it for half what Interswitch is offering. Goodluck |
