Nutrition is good to our health.. Without Nutrition nobody will ever survive on this earth.
Nutrition is brings about merriment to our body. Without food you will go hungry and that might not be appealing to you. As a saying goes that "a hungry man is an angry man".

A nutritious meal is a meal that is prepared and served in the right amount or with the complete classes of food present in it.
So in this post I will be sharing some nutritional facts that you need to know and which will also be helpful to you and the various classes of food that you need to know with some listed example.

Some of the nutritional facts that you need to know are:
- Always make sure that you don't repeat the same classes of food three times a day. This can cause wilty nutrition and less nutritious to your health.

- Always make sure that you eat at least one fruit daily as this will give you up to 50% increase chance of not getting any diseases. Fruits are good to our health so always make sure you consume it.

- It is believed that when you consume too much carbohydrate you can be like someone suffering from quashokolic.

- Do you know that the food you love most will be the one that the weight loss specialist will tell you to stop eating when you want to lose weight (This point is strictly for those who have added weight or are fat and wanted to lose weight).

So now let’s take a look at the food classes which have been in existence. Foods are classified base on their function to our body.
1. Carbohydrate: - Carbohydrates as have been known are foods that give energy to the body. And these foods give you enough power to do your daily activities. Examples of foods in this category are Yam, Rice, Cassava, Maize, Bread and so on... When you consume these foods you will have enough energy.

2. Protein: - Proteinous foods are body building food. Proteins help to build the body tissue thereby making you healthier and less sick. Examples of proteinous foods are Eggs, Meat, Beans, Milk, Fish and so on. When you consume proteinous food, it makes you to grow healthy thereby replacing the old cells in your body with new ones.
3. Fats & Oils: - Foods in this category enriches the body thereby they are called energy storage foods. Examples of foods in this category are Butter, Vegetable oil, Palm oil and so on.

4. Minerals and Vitamins: - Foods in this category protect your body and helps it function well. This food enhances the functionality of your brain, teeth and bones. Examples of foods in this category are fruits and vegetable. They make you healthy and to be able to perform well in your daily activities.

5. Water: - Water is life so without water you might die. Water cleanses the body from different dirt and also aid easy digestion. No one can do without water so water is what we consume daily.
