I just dis hp laptop pavilion gseries i av not gotten ani app or software on it sha bur a friend helped me with window 10 on it bur i noticed i cant use d bluetooth i also tried using d usb port bur its not even responding. Pls wats d cause of dis?

Missing drivers. Update the drivers individual through Device Manager, or run Windows Updates to update the system in general.
