Personally i believe any of them could have won. It was a tight contest. None of them was a clear winner. From cynthia morgan to kiss daniek to lil kesh to koredo bello and to reakando banks. They all deserve it.

For dose that feel reekado does not deserve the win,I think u shud cut urselves some slacks. Those dat gave that award had reasons or criteria that prompted d award. Good music does not depend only on how successful d music hit was. If it wuz dat alone then I tink it d award shed av gone 2 kiss daniel cos his first 2 releases woju and laye rocked Africa yet he didn't win but he took it wit good faith. It all boils down to maturity and having decorum. dere are cases even in developed countries where ppl dat deserve d award are not honoured.A good example is Leonardo DiCaprio,though he is one of d most sought out Hollywood actor who with his excellent acting has made ALL d films he starred in a box office success bt yet denied an oscar. He never came. to d podium to rant rubbish and never did any of his fans . Though Lil kesh had released so many major hits dis year, his music has the following pitfalls: poor lyrics, bad voice, and most of d time he talks instead of sings.This factors are also crucial. Olamide disappointed me with dat trash he pulled up dat day.There are so many decent and matured ways of airing ur grievances instead of dat. His case reminds of d popular saying that says u may take a child off d street but u cnt take d street off d child.If he does not curb his youthful exuberance, his career will end like popular Greek stories that start well but end badly.Nigeria is an African country that have highly-held values like respect,morals etc,hence his behavior was an insult and a big dissapointment to dose that organized and graced d program as well as those dat look up to him as a role model.

Olamide spent last year campaigning for PRESIDENT Buhari that he forgot to campaign for lil kesh of his own YBNL team. He should Blame it on his poor publicity and not headies or the Mavins. Caution your response on social media.
Olamide trashed himself on live tv and Don j
didn't help matters.
Headies are an award for the fans and not necessarily for who's most talented.
You can have a better product but without a proper marketing you may not sell.
This is Business and not Oja Alaba suru.
