Applicant must have the know how to cut cattle, cow, goat, lamb, chicken professionally.
Must know how to identify the meat parts, their names, quality meat and how to cut rib eye, t bone, sirloin steak etc
Must know the modern cutting techniques.
Must be fluent in the English language.
Minimum of 5 years experience
Must possess a minimum of OND or its equivalent. Higher will be a plus.

While you guys are laughing, I am sad because someone is thinking in same direction as myself. This why lots and lots of Nigerians will be broke in years to come. I am even more worried due to the kind of keyword used in the OP.

But there is a loop hole in their process as seen in the OP and very sure, they are not thinking in same capacity as myself nor the kind of concept I wish to bring. I have been studying a lot in that sector for months now and what I have learned is will marvel your likes.
