Cambridge University is not a US school, it's a UK school and I don't know jack about UK schools. However, applying to schools like MIT and Stanford would require you to have finished with a first class and have a minimum of 330/340 on your GRE!

Yes there is still hope. A friend of mine had a 2.2 in Civil yet got full offer from a Mech Engr dept in the US. Some schools are desperately looking for grad students in order to boost their national ranking. I can only advise and give you direction in academia,every other thing you have to do it yourself.

Dispatching authorities for Chinese Government Scholarship Programs are as follows:

Embassies (Consulate-General) of P. R. China in sending countries (goto the Chinese embassy in Nigeria, in your case!)

Embassies of sending countries in China(goto The Nigerian embassy if you are in China!)

Regional education departments

Chinese higher education institutions (Chinese HEIs)

Just go ahead and write the IELTS Academic. It's N52,000.00. Your result comes out in 13days from the day of the exam and your Test Report Form comes not more than a week later.

Google is your friend bro. Check out schools in Canada if you don't wanna write GRE n TOEFL/IELTS. Check out University of Toronto, University of Manitoba, University of Saskatchewan, Memorial University of Newfoundland etc.

These universities you listed are not offering any scholarships. They even have application fees for their admission. I have tried and I didn't see any. I am a Civil Engineering graduate and I wish to study in Canada on scholarship.

I am sure you didn't read the department website well. So, you want a school without application fee?. If you gonna do MSc/PhD jn 9ja, sey u no go buy application form?. In this case, application fee is equivalent to application form fee.
