Seem like most articulated vehicles, aka trailers in Lagos have suddenly become babies who are learning to walk for the first time: They keep falling and tumbling even when there seemed to be no reason to stumble.

Government has ordered they shouldn't ply the roads in the daytime anymore.
But since governments are nothing to take seriously anymore, accidents like this will keep happening. They are good at making rules which they couldn't enforce.

Why are these long death traps still meandering menacingly in daytime on our roads? I thought there was a bam in place? No?

Again?

Until LASG comes down hard on these people by impounding such vehicles and prosecuting the owners of such trucks for damages of lives or properties, as the case may be, these menace will not stop. cool cool

You should be more concerned about your looks. Even make up couldn't save your horrible face.
