TW Magazine’s annual fitness challenge was created to help participants lose weight and jump start their journey to a healthy and fit lifestyle. The 12-week program features professional nutritionists and fitness trainers. This year’s edition is in partnership with Curves gym and Tigerlily Gym Gear (Africa’s first gym-wear design label).






It is kicking off TODAY, January 9th, 2016, just in time for your New Year’s resolutions! At the end of the challenge the top 3 winners (fastest weight losers) will be awarded exciting prizes and featured in the magazine.
