The client is based in Abuja...In Federal Service and can be transferred at anytime..
Front Building is private and consist of 3 ensuite bedrooms flat
Rear Building consists of FOUR units of 1 Bedroom apartment (client says that Abuja has market for lesser room apartments)
Separate gates and compound for the Owner and tenants.
