Go to the Bank (First Bank) and purchase a draft payable to Petroleum Technology Development Fund, its about 2600 with bank commission, then visit your states scholarship board for the form,its rather a booklet. Fill it comprehesively, it entails much like transcript, referees comment ie academic, professional and other reference, and so on. i just got mine today so im yet to exhaust the content.

Thanks for the PTDF info, pls is NYSC discharge certificate needed in filling the forms. Are serving corps members eligible? so that we dont risk traveling to our states. Thanks. Pls kindly reply urgently.

As stated in the publication, candidates must possess their NYSC certificate, Graduated with a 2.1, in any of the related causes stated, a credit in english lang. or tofel equivalent, , so i dont think still serving applicants need apply, or u might take the risk, it will only cost u abt 2,600 in a long run.
