Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH released the registration guidelines for the 2015/2016 academic session newly admitted candidates. Authorities of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso have released the procedures newly admitted candidates need to follow to complete their registration for the 2015/2016 academic session. LAUTECH Freshmen Registration Procedures. (i) Printing of Admission letteron the school website – ended on December 31, 2015 (ii) Payment of Acceptance fee of N30,000.00 ended on December 31, 2015 (iii) Submission of copies of the credentials by the admitted candidates at the Admission office, Academic Affairs Unit for screening/verification for the purpose of giving authority to pay tuition fee and issuance of matriculation number between November 16, 2015 and January 29, 2016. The credentials are; 1.LAUTECH admission letter printed on the school website 2.Jamb admission letter printed on the Jamb website 3.Acceptance fee receipt 4.JAMB/UTME Result Slip 5.PDS Result Slip 6.O’ Level Result(s) — (NECO/ WAEC/ NABTEB) 7.OND/HND/First degree Result (Direct Entry candidates only) iv. Medical examination (i.e. X-ray which is to be done in LAUTECH Health Centre) and other medical tests can be done by the candidates at any recognized Government/ Public hospitals and then obtain Medical Clearance at the University Health Centre between January 4 and February 6, 2016 v. Payment of tuition fee of N65,500.00 (for Oyo and Osun States indigenes)/ N72,500.00 (for candidates from other states) which includes Student Union fee of 500 as approved by Senate, using any Interswitch enabled Debit Cards to enable you continue your registration process online at http:// portal.lautech.edu.ng/fresher website between December 1, 2015 and January 29, 2016. vi. Completion of the online registration forms between January 1 and 29, 2016 vii. Registration exercise at designated Units of the University such as the Academic Affairs Unit of the Registry, Faculty, department and the University Library between January 4 and February 26, 2016 viii. Collection and submission of Students’ File in the Academic Affairs Unit of the Registry between January 15 and April 30, 2016. The Students’ File must contain the under-listed items; 1. JAMB RESULT SLIP 2. PDS RESULT SLIP AND JAMB RESULT SLIP (FOR PDS CANDIDATES) 3. JAMB ADMISSION LETTER 4. LAUTECH ADMISSION LETTER 5. ONLINE ACCEPTANCE FEE PAYMENT RECEIPT 6. ONLINE TUITION FEE PAYMENT RECEIPT 7. BRIEF BIODATA 8. PERSONAL INFORMATION FORM 9. O’LEVEL RESULT(S) (AS VETTED AND STAMPED AT ACADEMIC AFFAIRS UNIT) 10. MEDICAL CLEARANCE – (ORIGINAL COPY) 11.
