My follow NAIRALAND, I took part on online registration for 2016 PTDF OVERSEA SCHOLARSHIP, I have been checking my email specially when I got information on might Nairaland that those successful are choosing place for examination, I lose hope than it was 31st last year, unknown to me, PTDF Scholarship board sent me email earlier this year with instructions that closing date was 15th of this month while I discovered the email massage today. Please step should I take?
