In this day and age physical location has limited relevance for this kind of project. With telecommunication and the internet,you should be able to get somebody and get the project done.

Atimes it is necessary for the pple involved to be at the same location. Otherwise (and I speak based on my own personal experiences), you may be caught in a situation where something requires your presence at the remote location, usually when you least expect it. Now, being in, say, the US, this may not b a problem cos the employer (or self) usually pays for tickets and accomodation and writes it off during tax time. However in a country like Naija, it may or may not be possible for someone to dole out the money required for such travel. I specifically speak for situations where, as I hear, pple are charging as low as N50,000 for an entire site.

Again, I didn't say it isn't possible o! Am just saying, it all depends
