Number 3. i understand the ramifications of buying traffic.

but am doing this for publicity that is why i insist it comes from Nigeria. if 10 out of every hundred will spreed the gospel to others, to me its not a bad idea.
when i get to the bridge of monetizing i will cross it.

my suggestion 2 u is to practice white hat s.e.o(by creating unique and quality contents to ur site,optimizing ur site post 4 s.e.o,building genuine and credible internal and external backlinks 4 ur site,creating value for ur site visitors,promoting and many more...)

presently,i have only unmanage blogs,but i will be able to run a blog fully in 6 mnths time after my waec & neco.

I think this topic will shed more light to your question, to me its not advisable to buy website traffic, its best to generate, and as alternative buy traffic from recognized company eg Facebook, Google, Bing, yahoo, Twitter etc.
