There's a clear line between "realism" and "pessimism". You are just a pessimist and well rooted in the ranks of naysayers.

abi o faith without work is vain so also work being alone is dead. Thus, both must complement each other.

Registration ended on the 10th of February 2018.

So if you registered before then, you wait for the shortlisting of names for interview.
For now the recruitment has been placed on hold indefinitely.

I think someone already asked this question before.
The answer we got from experienced folks here was NO.

So, IMO we will have to deal with shaving sticks embarassed

No he should nevr enter this thread again. We are better off without scammers. There are other experienced men in this room helping us out already.
But how Abiodun linked general and bintushop to be same person is really commendable.

As e be now na till them pass budget before we go get any hope of release of forms ..Come to think of it na, which funds them one use train incoming cadet officers even the 77rri that was put on hold I believe it was due to pausity of funds. Let's just hope the Senate pass the budget on time if not hmmmmmn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Nobody: 8:34pm On Mar 07, 2018
Hmmmmm!

I dont think it is the budget. Military items in the National budget are all about defence procurements.

If it is the budget, then the NAVY too should be affected.
NAVY recruitment is currently on going... And they are expected to resume Training anytime soon.

Same with the Airforce Airmen/women cadre. Their Batch 'B' should resume training soon.

I was told there's usually a meeting between COAS and Defence Secretary... After which form will be out. That's if the Defence HQ sanctions the recruitment of SSC/DSSC upon the request of the COAS.

I was told March. So let's be hopeful.

.
How do you think you will be successful when even before the release of forms you have started confessing negativity, I know many people that joined the army without knowing even a boyscout, while those that "have Generals" are still applying till tomorrow. Confess positive affirmations, there is power in spoken words(metaphysical).

You are right bro.
Those with CONNECTION have upper hand.

Don't just sit at home and complain about it... Go out! Meet people ! By force by fire associate with people who can help you.
Let them know how serious and passionate you are about the job.
Connection won't come to ur house to locate you.. Get the hell outa ur comfort zone and look for connection.

Start with ur immediate family. Ask them who know who. From there to ur friends, neighbors and even peer groups, Church members, mosque members.

All in all... Pray like everything depends on prayer and work hard on ur self and on ur connection like everything depends on them.

With or without connection... If you are destined to be an officer u surely will be.

Nothing in the world is fair.
Life wont give you anything because "you deserve it". Life only gives you what you go out and grab.

So get up, get hard.. or just simply get lost. wink
