Is Building A House For Rentage Profitable In Nigeria? by leke12(m): 8:30pm On Jan 20, 2016 |
Since it takes like 15-20yrs to get the initial amount invested in building the house through rentage. By that time many factors would have played a major role in diminishing the profit like inflation, arcade design, maybe death etc. Pls your views are needed maybe am missing something |
