there 4 DOCTORS. 24 persons are either doctors or men(who are not doctors), that means 4 are doctors and 20 are men. But there are 23 given Nigerian men. That means there are (23-20) men who are doctors. I.e 3 male doctors. Since there are onlt 4 doctors, we are left with 4 doctors minus 3 male doctors. I.e 1 female doctor.
