shingle manufacturers for over 50 years so history demonstrates that fading is not a problem. Over time, a slight change in color
may occur due to settling of airborne contaminants; however periodic rain or washing the roof
with a garden hose will keep the roof looking new top.

Usually only a few days. The complexity of the building's roof scape is the primary

Current price for stone coated roofing sheet (Bond and Classic designs) is #3,000 per sqm {Your 400 sqm X #3,000}

Accessories*** Quantity of Accessories depend on a number of factors, for instance {the roof design, Height of the King post, Availability of parapet, Availability of roof water tank etc} Therefore, what applies to Mr. A's house may not necessarily applies to yours even though there are same number of rooms or they may be the same size and structure.
And this id the more reason I suggested earlier that you should first finish the carpentry works

Clips : I don't know about Clips, All I know is, you will have to buy repair kit/ Sealant, maybe 2 set should be enough.

Nails: for 400 sqm of roof tile, you will need 20 kg of anti rust nail @ about #1,500 per Kg or there about.

Workmanship: Installation of stone coated roofing sheet is #200 per Square meter.

Transport: I don't know about wood, but for the roof tile, transport should be below #18,000
