Africa, the land of the Negroes, a blessed land with so much mineral resources. A land flowing with milk and honey that outrun her inhabitants when fully harnessed.
We lived in peace, fraternity characterized our relationship. Communal society as opposed to primitive socialists the whites believed we were. Thousands of years we lived in solidarity.
Oh Africa, your growth was truncated by the people with the white skin. Your destiny was changed by the discovery of the land of the red Indians. Your people were packed like sardines and carted away while you stared helplessly!
Desolation, destruction, devastation, famine and confusion took over the once lovely society of my fore fathers. How cruel were the people with the white skin.
Your people were made to work under hostile atmosphere, padlocked in their mouth and chained on the legs like cows. Your people wept bitterly under this agony, but they kept hope alive.
How the devil turned an angel overnight won’t cease to amaze me. The gospel for the liberation of your people spread like wild fire. The people with the white skin claimed it was not moral to keep your people in chains, they were given freedom after many years in chain.
How smart the people with the white skin were, fully prepared for the next phase of milking mother Africa.
A parasitic relationship emerged among Africans and the people with the white skin. Your people were made to produce what was of no value to them, and purchase what they needed.
They came again that they want to protect our land. We protested strongly, but our gun couldn’t match the maxim and gatlin guns they had. They forcefully took your land claiming it was not the birthright of your children.
My fore fathers grew old and died, but their children became radicals and assertive. They were faced with being subjected to the white people's authority or die for their freedom.
Without an iota of fear in their eyes, they faced the people with the white skin. Mother Africa, your children were maimed and killed without mercy.
The blood of the valiant was what redeemed mother Africa from the shackles of the people with the white skin.
