The FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT will report to the Directors and offers an Excellent Contributions. Successful applicants must be able to manage more than 10 staff, ideally working within a large organisation. Excel knowledge is essential along with strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
POST: FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Job Description
• General Ledger Maintenance
• Monthly closing and preparation of Financial Statements
• Reconcile and maintain Balance sheet
• Reconciliation of multi entities
• Monthly financial Reports
• Stock valuation and ad-hoc analysis
• Dealing with accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in preparing of budgets and forecasts
• Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
• Account/bank reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedure
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems
• Interact with internal and External Auditors in completing audits.
• Take responsibility for month-end and quarter-end close process
