I know network is not so good when it comes to speed but I can make an exception for my ISP-Spectranet.I believe they still have the fastest speed of all other networks.It may not be comparable to what's obtainable in other countries,it is worth it considering what other networks have.

At night download speed is around 1mbp/s to 2mbp/s.Day time it's between 300kbp/s to 900kb/s.
