THIS FREEDOM SUCKS

Together,  we cherished being wild
With you, could do and say anything
We never once cared for what's right
We held hands through thick and thins
We, against obstacles with heads held high
We Came off Always with a win
We would chat and stay up all night
On calls, describing the colours of our sky
Well, it sure changed after the fight


Then I thought I could do without us
I sought to be free and see what life's got
Now I'm feeling free,  yet so bored
Reminiscing our togetherness, our close walks
The sneak outs,  the movies and the malls
How we repelled incoming attacks, thus
We thought the love was stronger than rocks
Now I feel empty,  emptier than my kisses box
The truth is true,  though it really mocks
'Without you' - if this is freedom, it really sucks.
