I have a Samsung phone which I flashed cos i wz having problem with the fon. After the flash, the fon is able to work with all mobile network sim, except Vodafone. The feedback I get whenever a vodafone sim is placed on it is, " mobile network not available ". This problem is peculiar to only voda lines, hv tried several voda lines and the feedback is same but it works perfectly wth other networks wthout having such challenge. Can anyone help me out pls?

this is same problem am having with my tecno h5.it only aceept one sim.if two are inserted it will only detect one network signal living the other sarching till heaven come

Hi Godwin978, you can try to insert other Simcard for Sim2 port. If there is still problem, you can take your phone to our Carlcare Service Center and ask our colleagues there to check it for you. Thank you!

Already answer it on other thread, sharing again here:

Try these steps:

- Take out battery and Sim and Insert again.
- Turn on Airplane mode and Turn it off.
- Reset your device and check if problem solved.
