Premier League title holders made headlines during the late part of the season has they failed to pick up vital points in the premier league due to a series of poor performances.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich lost patience with then manager Jose Mourinho in December and the Portuguese was sacked with Guus Huddink taking over the affairs of the team on an interim basis.

However, before his sack the fans had already pointed accusing fingers at some of the big names in the team like Fabregas, Costa, Matic and Eden Hazard who had all failed to live up to their responsibilities on the pitch.
