The rest of Europe will mock EPL if eventually Leicester,a team battling for relegation last season goes ahead to lift EPL title while the defending champion(chelsea) is battling to avoid relegation.Its like Eibar winning laliga in spain. |

No it won't be. It will be a testament to EPL's competitiveness. Everyone has a chance to win it because everyone gets the chance to reinforce on a general ground. The league you mentioned is nothing to write home about in terms of competitiveness and for a good reason too; they lack finances to reinforce or maintain their squads. Take for instance, on the newest EPL deal, the least earning club can make a little over £100m while the big boys earn about £130m+.. But in La Liga, while Madrid and Barca pockets well over £110m, the least earning club will be lucky to see £11m. Now, how can they compete? 1 Like |

tallfish145:bros it won't be a shame! Why not if they are good, can play the football and earn the required needed points?? even with their low financial power?? Did you know that a certain Deportivo La Corona who are now fighting relegation and getting relegated were once la liga champions around 99 or 2000? What of Atletico Madrid? Did you know where Simeone picked them from? In 2007 and 2009, did you know that Stuttgart and Wolfburg upset all odds by becoming the Bundesliga champions? What of Fc Twente and AZ Akmaar in the Eredivisie? What about Montpelier in France where Giroud came from?? I can go on and on. If you are good and can challenge the big guys, why not??
