One's childhood in Nigeria is pretty different to living your childhood in front of millions of people. Michael Jackson endured physical and emotional abuse. This was made worse by a public that demanded more and more from him.

Most of us would fold if we had a never satisfied father and a public that wanted the next thriller.

yes michael was a natural introvert anyway but his father didn't help matters .

Im not talking about his father whipping him david. The other brothers were "whipped" too, what Joe did to Michael goes beyond that, although MJ had his own problems as well.

I wish he he would have received therapy in his life.

i doubt therapy would have done much. abuse at home, performing in strip clubs at a young age etc, the damage was just too much.

I definitely think it would have helped. He definitely needed someone who wasnt trying to make a quick buck in his life
