True to their earlier threat, Trade Union Congress/Nigeria Labour Congress, Rivers State Council on Monday, 08/02/2015, closed down major Offices of Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company in Port Harcourt in protest over the recent increment in electricity tariff by National Electricity Regulatory Commission.
