Sometimes I wonder how this HR consulting works. I hav noticed that, one single vacant position is advertized by many Hr consulting companies. How does this work. Someone approached me with a job vacancy somewhere, he showed me the Job description as stated by the company, was amazed when I saw same job advertised on other recruitment consulting companies websites . How does this business work.?

Can a HR personnel explain how this works. Could it be that the company requested CVs from different consultants or the consultants just ttok it upon themselves to advertise the position.

Now I understand the kind of people on Nairaland. So funny.

Basically some companies can have like up to two companies outsourcing for them and decide to pick on their best candidates when the outsourcing candidates are forwarded to them but to cut cost most companies outsource a particular section of their recruitment to only one recruitment agency who the trust their sense of judgement
