The ISON Bpo that I know is an outsourcing firm that recruits call center Agents for Airtel. It is an Indian owned firm.
1) You will undergo their tests that consits of Essay writing, Aptitude test, typing and the Oral interview.
2) Your Job is a shift job as a call center agent
3) It is an Indian owned firm... So be ready for Small Pay and Hard work!!

I didn't get an invite, but I know the firm. I stay at Ibadan.

I have applied since last year December. Okay...aptitude test like Gmaths? Lol okay call centre..essay like what? Hmnn less pay + hardwork..indians tho!

pay is around 40, stressful and with shift, however salary is consistent even before month end... Call centre for Airtel

I applied via an organisation in ibadan here. I just dropped my c.v @ Ison building @ dugbe ibadan since december tho

Indians, low pay. Not a very good place to gain experience. but it's still better than being unemployed. They will never give you job description.

Was with them from dec,. 2014 to march 2015. Just read call center terminology, meaning of bpo, meaning of AHT etc. And take note of d name of ur interviewer Bcuz he/she may ask u as the interview is going on. All d best.

the package is good for we DAT just started a career and many DAT re dere won't leave cos d package is ok . only people who re greedy will not want to work here. U re b paid before month end. So don't know d people of Nigeria youths. We don't want work just love flexing
