I helped someone to register her NYSC online. The online payment was successfully completed as a debit alert was sent to her phone. But the page did not redirect to show transaction details. Nothing was sent to her phone no from NYSC. Now I can't have access to her email to check if the transaction id was sent to her email (because google wants me to verify the email due to change of ip and the verification is not working). What else should I do?
