Not just ghetto areas. Lagos is lagos whether island or mainland its still one and we all share the same market be it okearin,balogun,idumota,yaba etc Once you have lived in lagos u would have been exposed to a lot. I didnt grow up in the ghetto but my parents made us believe everybody in lagos had bad intentions apart from our relatives. And so naturally I grew up very wary of people,my society and surrounding. Thats why there is this notion that lagos peeps are smart, When I travelled out of lagos to go for my university education,I heard and saw how people were being scammed on very little tins,I would say a baby would have known. but because of their level of exposure they fall victims.
