I think i am addicted to sodas. I drink soda everyday even though I know it's disadvantages but I can't help it. Does anyone know how one can stop drinking a lot of sodas?

First of all identify how many sodas you drink in a day.

Than cut slowly by slowly the amount of soda's which you are drinking.

Than soon dont buy anymore sodas!

u r right, gotta turn a blind eye or eyes to sodas from now on thanx.

think of the gas building up in your tummy.

I heard soda can lead to potbelly.

You can also slowly substitute the soda with flavored water.

first find out why you drink too much soda, i mean the cause like do you it when you're angry, bored, happy or just like sugary things etc this will help you in curbing your addiction

trying drinking the smaller cans.

try drinking flavored water or juice

when you have the urge, think about the many bad side effects of soda

avoid buying sodas when you go to the store, dont near the soda lanes
