For those who fear the hijack by the investors, I think the brits constituted watchdogs that are independent of govt and investors. Some are regulators, others are ombudsmen.

I think the nhs is the only institution managed- not run- by govt. EVERY OTHER SECTOR is privatised or under ppp.
