Not sure I have seen a mention of the cost of building this size of property or the cost to-date. It will be good to know and will guide one in deciding. Great job Spyder. I will call you!

Please why do you use sharp sand on top of the laterite for the final filling

We have brought in some trips of sharp sand to use in filling this foundation.........

We has to spread a sheet of nylon on the foundation surface before the concrete cast. This is for damp prevention...

Spyder, please give details of this damp protection. How exactly does it work

There are 20 pillars currently, the drawing had 18 column positions but we introduced 2 new columns to make it a total of 20.

Please what is the labour cost of casting each of the pillar?

Nice job, wondering why you are doing the plumbing work at this stage of construction activity.

Internal plumbing is always done as soon the foundation so all other works can be aligned to fit into the already set plastic pipes.

The question is:Pls what size of rod are you using for the pillars and lintels of this project?

He uses Y16 for all the pillars from Foundation till roofing (This is what most Builders about 99% do)
Then he uses Y12 for only lintels. Got it?
