Dear OP, the official rate is about N199 per dollar. Are you saying firstbank is subsidising Nigerians who make dollar transactions? So please, try not to misinform the public.

bro, the op is nt misleading the public at all. Nigerian banks are thieves, they sell dollar at black market rate when you use your card for overseas transaction. the best they can do is to put limit on how much you spend per month(maybe $500) using your card & be charged at official rate. charging the card at black market rate is daylight robbery

Stop blaming the banks. Your banks are buying dollars from the black market. CBN is not giving your bank dollars for you to spend on luxury abroad. It's only for PTA and BTA Which you get at 199 indeed. Any other luxury expense will be at the parallel rate.

How many times would we say this?

We are saying the same thing. Firstbank cannot be selling N185 below official rate.
