I'm starting to get impatient, my appeal was allowed in february 09 and i havent been called by the BHC since the , i tried to email them but got no response . I dont even know if the new point based system applies to my case . Does anyone know? |

PBS Tier 4 won't affect your already won appeal,but you need to keep calling,emailing and try going there if you can. As September is drawing near. Best of luck |
