Pls I nd little advice frm u. I open a new paypal this january and I verified it (lewis andrew is d name to open it) and I used one virtual address to register it. Next thing I saw from paypal is a message with this heading ( your acct has been limited we want to hear from u) pls advice me because at the bottom of message they say I should visit their resolution center. Now I did what I saw is that 1. Photo identity 2. Proof of the identity of my address). B4 I can acess to full page of my account. What can I do. Thanks
