I know people have FIFA and PES tournaments all the time and all over the place but I was wondering if anybody played fighting games competitively in Nigeria.
I am a big fan and follower of the Capcom Pro Tour and ESL leagues. So many talented professional gamers from all over the world come together to compete in these tournaments, but Africa has been largely underrepresented - I've never even seen an African player - and I think this is because there aren't many, if any, professional-esque fighting game tournaments in Africa.
It wouldn't be very difficult to set one up - one would just need one or two consoles, a few games, and most importantly, public interest.

Rant aside, I like fighting games and I'm looking for people to play with. Online play is ideal for me cuz i don't like to move around too much.
