For registrations... visit yabatech.edu.ng, scroll down u will see 'prospective student' sub topic.... click on the number 9 option which is 'post utme screening 2017' and follow the procedures. hope this helps

no pume admission will b based on point system... an example goes thus:
Jamb score divided by 8, .......
And o lvl grading goes thus...
A1-10pts
B2-9pts
B3-8pts
C4-7pts
C5-6pts
C6-5pts
E.g if u have C6 in all ur 5 o lvl combinations.
Maths-C6
Eng-C6
Chemistry-C6
Physics-C6
Biology-C6
And C6=5pts.... 5*5= 25. Let's say u scored 200 in jamb. 200/8= 25..... So ur aggregate score= 25+25=50 which means 50 is ur admission score..... Once d cut off is 50 and u scored 50 or more, you are in

Hollywood-17k(6 in a room)

complex-17k(4 in a room)

PGD-22k(2in a room) PGD has limited space cos its a 2 storey building with boys occupying only ground floor and girls occupying the 1st and 2nd floor

girls have :
Akata Hall( abt 4 in a room), akata is d hostel with d highest habitants cos it has 4 2 storey buildings in it.

New hall; not DAT big, not sure abt the number of allottees, BT not DAT big

BAKASSI ; its a 2 storey building but d hostel got burnt last year, no student was given bakassi dis session, cos thyve not reconstruct d hostel (6 in a room)

I'm having problem with uploading my o'level results. I paid for the validation of results (one sitting) but whenever i login to the portal it still show that "pay for verification" button with no option of uploading result. Reference (for the payment): 1331184764

YABATECH Post-UTME Grading System

This is the grading system that was used last year. The same style may be used this year.

A1 = 8 Marks.

B2 = 7 Marks.

B3 = 6 Marks.

C4 = 5 Marks.

C5 = 4 Marks.

C6 = 3 Marks.

Keep in mind that only the five relevant subjects were calculated, the remaining subjects would be ignored. You can read our post on YABATECH O’level subject combinations to see the five relevant courses for each course.

For NABTEB results, use the WAEC/NECO equivalent.

This is how the JAMB (UTME) scores were calculated last year;

180-189 = 10 Marks.

190-199 = 20 Marks.

200-209 = 30 Marks.

210-219 = 40 Marks.

220-229 = 50 Marks.

230 and above = 60 Marks.

The qualifying cut off mark for YABATECH 180 last year, hence the JAMB grading score starts from 180. Candidates who scored from 150 to 179 will be put into consideration (maybe 5 marks).

For now, we do not know when the results will be released but we are sure to keep you updated.

Please note that, if you chose YABATECH as the third or fourth choice, you can still change to first or second choice. JAMB change of institution form is still available.

If you were not able to get the form and you still wanted to study in YABATECH, you can opt-in for the YABATECH part-time program.

For Direct entry, you can proceed immediately but you have to do a one year IT before you can apply for HND.
