FIRST STEP IS BY SIGNING IN TO GOOGLE IF YOU DON’T HAVE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT THEN SIGNUP

Google want to your website to be notice and for them to know who has the site your are submitting. First you must log in to your Google account. If you don’t have a Google account, you must sign up.. Then choose CREATE AN ACCOUNT and complete the space info form after that will move to level 2 click link below for level 2
