Haba!! Go to govt teaching hospitals at least deir bills r a bit affordable n u can take it 1 after d other.
u can also solicit for help frm ur church, radio programmes especially after u get a bill of cost implications.

I dont know d type of sore this is probably marjolin's ulcer wit osteomyelitis (chronic leg ulcer wit bone infection), u can clean it 3x a day with plenty salt n water, apply original honey but can go deep enuff.
