In life, success comes in a gradual process. The methods in which you’re using to keep you going with the aim of being successful in your work/business might not be the same with that of the other person, that’s why it seems your ways are quite different.
If you’re doing something and you’re not always successful, check well on yourself, because there’s something you’re actually not doing right. People whom are successful today in their works and businesses had given much time and attention to themselves and career and also took time to discover their weaknesses before strengthening it.
A weak person cannot venture into a business and just succeed, it takes only a hard-working and determined person to be successful in any occupation. I learnt something from mylate Mum, she’d do anything just to make sure her business stands. She knew her weaknesses and always does what she can if it concerns her business growth. She was consistent and hard-working.
In any occupation or organisation you find yourself that you’re not always promoted, you’re not making much profits, no much people to patronise you in your business, note that there’s something you’re not doing right.
Your co-workers/business people are succeeding because they“Like and Cherish”their work, thereby doing anything possible to succeed. They are committed and consistent and are not afraid of failing. They ask questions on how they can succeed from successful people/people above them.
There’s a saying that“if you want to know, you should always ask!”. Some people don’t make thorough research about their works and this is one reason why they fail in their careers and businesses. They feel it’s not necessary to ask their fellow colleagues questions as they might be looked down.
