Note: The first place that breast cancer normally spreads to is the lymph glands, in the armpit, if this occurs, you may develop a swelling or lump in an armpit. Moreover, if the cancer spreads to other parts of the body then various other symptoms can develop.

Hints: On a daily basis, before or during your bath; place one of your hand on your head and use the other hand to massage your breast and your armpit, repeat the same procedure for the other side of the breast, once you detect a lump or any other breast problem; make sure you see your doctor immediately.
