Hmm
if God was man,.... hmm
No one with past would have survived.
(Was she legally married to lebanese? )

No one know. But very surprising how many people take nameless blogs as gospel truth. This looks like a woman-to-woman hit job. I know no man will go this low

Guy, it's not about virginity. It's not even about the Ooni marrying a divorcee, but rather the fact that she's still legally married to the Lebanese, as they didn't have a formal divorce.
It's a very big moral issue that the Ooni married another man's wife.

but you know you have no proof of this right?

You are insulting the Ooni, based on tabloid news? Bros, I expect more of you - even though its Nairaland, there are still some things that ought not be said

Hey! It's the Birdman! cheesy

Uhm, Sorry o. Se omo Ile Ife ni e?

Lookit, I am so sick of the shenanigans coming from that end since. . . and just couldn't stomach it anymore. I always respect the Yoruba throne.

I am a strong Monarchist. Fervent! ( shocked Can a Communist Socialist be a Monarchist? - editor ) tongue

I believe the throne must be respected because it is more than just the person occupying it at any giving time. But if someone defames or devalues or devalues the (Oduduwa) throne, even if it is the person sitting on it, all bets are off! Sorry again.

I am not Ife, but I am intrigued by his attempt to channel his Ooni power into industry and a ringside seat among the kingmakers (of Nigeria, not Yoruba country). He is just a little older than I am, and I know if I were in his shoes, I would be attempting the same. An Ooni that sits pat, observing rituals day in day out while the world is bypassing us as breakneck speed is of no use to me.

I know you old school guys have ideas of what you think the Ooni must be. But in this internet age, any ruler that tries to have any kind of relevance must be ready to take some hits on social media. The latest is bad belle women trying to ruin a new olori. Nothing new here - it happens all the time, especially in a polygamy. You just didnt get to hear of the previous Ooni's issues because he was less active.

At the very least, let us respect the sacred process that brought him to the throne. Spiritual authority must be respected, even when the wielder sometimes does things in ways you may not approve of. Remember, your opinions are not necessarily the true facts. We all do well to act accordingly

I couldn't care less about anyone's personal issues with their wives. I am not fixated on polygamy versus monogamy. That's the hypocrites' game!

I find fault with the conduct and decision making and that of those speaking too much from within the palace.

The questionable business dealings;
The unconvincing written defense of the investigations of said business dealings;
The embarrassing press release about his coronation and the expected attendees;
The jaunts all over the country, especially visits with people of questionable character;
The choice of publicly installing as Olori a compromised much-divorced professional mistress. . .

And I'm not even closely following all the news. I am sure there's more.

BTW, you are correct, sir! I am undeniably old school - in some things - and "new school?" in others. grin It depends on the issue. I do not put myself in a box. I take it issue by issue. I don't know about the "guy" part though. Old school folks prefer egbon or bros. wink Dude is okay too. cheesy I kid I jest. cool

Anyway, I agree it is best to arrest the negative attention and comments now and just let's see how they handle things going forward. Peace.

why did all these "exposes" wait until she was about to become a queen? Exposes in quote - the fact that she had a boyfriend before is not a moral failing as far as I know. All the extra stories about gold digging this or doing that are unprovable, and even the lebanese in question has not stood up to say anything. The accusers are faceless, and keep telling us new, rambling stories that no one can prove, but are titillating enough to keep us attentive, using legit pictures as a hook. I'm not buying it.

And based on how petty the stories are, another woman is the likely source.Men dont have this combo of bad belle and energy. Which woman exactly? I dont know, but I know one of the reasons sensible people avoid polygamy is this kind of crap.

what if I told you, the new Olori and her team vet the stories before they are released to the public? Just guessing.

Na by force to have half cast child! Can't even get proper oyinbo you go settle for terrorist... Infact what are these mofos Lebanese still doing here self, since I was born, have always known them to be in this country, what is their motive and reason for being here? What benefits are they bringing into this country apart from stupid ' I never chop' types of girls that find them strangely attractive ' am dating a Lebanese guy like its a badge of honour......shameful . Seriously I want to know their economical value in Nigeria

You're an idiot. Brainless racist. It was Lebanese people that actually built Nigeria if u don't know. Read ur history crazy man and don't even call an innocent man that's not involved in the story. Is it his fault that the lady left him. You should actually blame the shameless woman not other people as if u r better than them.
