it was a tragic day in ughelli delta state in a popular school called Anglican girls grammar school(AGGS) as they do their inter house sport competition.
DUe to the excitement of the inter house sport, some students started doing piela(a style of okada rough driving while in mood of celebration) and this resulted to an accident close to akpodiete, ughelli.two of the okadas that these students were riding hit each other and over 4studnts died on the spot while two where carried to the hospital by FRSC.
today was really a bad day as it slowed down commercial activities along isoko road and people where crying and discussing the event.
I want to call on the state government to kindly order the school to put measures in place in terms of students coordination because even on ordinary day the activities of the students has really being an issue.
