Hello Nairaland

There is this friend of my that can not make a full sentence without grammatical error, I have tried all i could to help, I suggested books with present and past tense, but it seems the person is not even trying or will I say does not even see a reason to improve. what else can I do to help at least to speak simple and correct English.
