Super Eagles legend Austin Jay Jay Okocha was at the Camp Nou to watch Barcelona Vs Arsenal and was impressed by the shift put in by his nephew Alex Iwobi despite the Gunners’ 3-1 loss on the night. Iwobi was one of several changes made by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger from the first leg, and the Nigeria international put in a good shift in his 72 minutes on the pitch where he missed an opportunity to score and also had a penalty shot.Okocha said he was happy watching Alex Iwobi (nephew) on the big stage and also impressed with his performance. Iwobi's stellar displays has earned him a call-up to the Super Eagles squad for next week’s make-or-break Africa Cup of Nations qualifying against Egypt . Damn! Why camera no come show him for us yesterday na, @least make boys shout pa Jay. I'm sure we would have seen him had it been 'twas in England. pa Jay sef, If na me, I would book a VIP seat, I don't care how much it would cost. This report na lie sha, cos he never had a penalty claim cos he tripped on him self and it was not his performance against Barca that earned him the call up, he has been called up way before the match. |
